Gate & fence repair
A gate that sags, drags, or won't latch is almost always a welding problem — a cracked hinge, a broken weld, or a frame that's racked out of square. The same goes for metal fence panels that split at the joints. Most of the time these get welded back to solid right where they hang, no need to pull the whole thing out. It's usually a quick, affordable fix compared to replacing a gate or fence run.

Stair, porch, and deck railings loosen over time — welds fatigue, posts rust at the base, and a rail that used to feel solid starts to give. That's a safety issue worth handling before someone leans on it. Loose railings can usually be re-welded and reinforced in place. When a repair is enough
Most of the time, metal that's cracked, loose, or broken at a weld can simply be fixed. If the underlying steel is still sound — solid where it counts, just failed at a joint or worn at one spot — re-welding and reinforcing it is faster and costs far less than starting over. A lot of railings, gates, trailers, and yard pieces have plenty of life left once the weak point is addressed. When in doubt, ask before you replace.
When a rebuild makes sense
Sometimes the metal is too far gone — rusted through, bent past straightening, or built in a way that was never safe. In that case a rebuild is the honest answer, and we'll say so rather than patch something that won't hold. On older homes with decorative ironwork, we can also fabricate a new piece that matches the original pattern, so a replacement still looks like it belongs.
